Matt Iezzi joined Timbercreek in May 2022 as Associate, Credit.

In his role with Timbercreek, Mr. Iezzi is responsible for reviewing and qualifying loan and investment applications on commercial real estate, preliminary underwriting of potential loan investments and compiling market information.

Mr. Iezzi most recently worked for Agellan Commercial REIT as Associate, Acquisitions & Asset Management, where he was responsible for overseeing and managing over ~1 million SF across multiple asset classes located in the US, negotiated leases for several tenants, and underwrote and led the due diligence process for all acquisitions. Before this, he worked for Walmart Canada as Investment Analyst, Real Estate Investment Analysis and Financial Analyst.

Mr. Iezzi obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from The Smith School of Business, Queen’s University.
