Harry Guan joined Timbercreek in September 2022 as Manager, Finance Operations.

In his role with Timbercreek, Mr. Guan is responsible for Timbercreek Financial operations including review of full cycle accounting, month-end FSA reporting, quarterly financial statement & MD&A productions, and Yardi optimizations.

Mr. Guan most recently worked for KingSett Capital as a Senior Financial Analyst, where he was responsible for providing financial and operational support for two mortgage funds, preparing financial statements and other financial data for quarterly investor reporting packages and year-end financials for audits, and reviewing journal entries and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting. Before this, he worked at Choice Properties REIT as a Financial Analyst, and BayBridge Senior Living as a Property Accountant.

Mr. Guan obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, Mississauga and is a CPA.
