Andrew joined Timbercreek in April 2024 as Analyst, Debt Investments.

In his role with Timbercreek, Andrew will be responsible for reviewing and qualifying loan and investment applications on commercial real estate, preliminary underwriting of potential loan investments and compiling market information.

Andrew most recently worked for BMO Capital Markets as a Corporate Banking Analyst where he contributed to overseeing a ~$11 billion senior and junior loan portfolio consisting of Infrastructure Sponsors, Independent Power Producers, Utility and Transmission companies, and formulated assumptions, projected CFADS and conducted de-leveraging analysis to evaluate clients’ ability to service structurally subordinated and leveraged loans. Prior to this he held several summer and winter co-ops at BMO Capital Markets, and a summer internship at KPMG.

Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Commerce, Specialist in Management with Finance Focus from University of Toronto, Rotman Commerce.
