Milad Shariat joined in December 2025 as Commercial Mortgage Funding Officer. In his role with Timbercreek, Mr. Shariat will assist with the closing of loans.
Mr. Shariat has most recently worked for First National Financial as a Mortgage Funder where he reviewed solicitor prepared mortgage documents and coordinated the timely release of mortgage funds. Prior to this, he worked as a Financial Services Representative at Royal Bank.
Mr. Shariat obtained his Bachelor of Finance and Risk Management from Multimedia University in Malaysia.
