Jake Ward joined Timbercreek in January 2026 as Associate Director, Business Development.

In his role at Timbercreek, Jake is part of the distribution team at TC Alternatives, where he works investment professionals across the Canadian wealth management and high-net-worth channels. His role focuses on building long-term relationships and supporting TC Alternatives’ presence.

Prior to joining Timbercreek, Jake worked at Sun Life Global Investments and Mackenzie Investments in a variety of client-facing, support, and distribution-related roles, gaining experience working with wealth managers across the CIRO channel and supporting all aspects of their practices.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from University of Western Ontario, has completed the Canadian Securities Course, and is pursuing the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
