Geoffrey Ottinger joined Timbercreek in June 2022 as Associate, Credit.

In his role with Timbercreek, Mr. Ottinger is responsible for reviewing and qualifying loan and investment applications on commercial real estate, preliminary underwriting of potential loan investments and compiling market information.

Prior to joining Timbercreek, Mr. Ottinger worked for Laurentian Bank of Canada as Senior Portfolio Manager, Syndication & Sponsor Coverage, where he was responsible for providing deal recommendations to the executive committee, reviewing borrowers’ financial statements and reports, and managing and monitoring a corporate portfolio of ~20 clients.

Mr. Ottinger obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration, Major in Finance from HEC Montreal.
