Diego joined Timbercreek April 2024 as Senior Analyst, US Credit.

In his role with Timbercreek, Mr. Garcia will be responsible for reviewing and qualifying loan and investment applications on commercial real estate, preliminary underwriting of potential loan investments and compiling market information.

Mr. Garcia most recently worked for Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation as an Analyst, Capital Markets where he was responsible for the packaging of over $1.8 billion worth of debt and equity packages, inclusive of underwriting, due diligence, sourcing, and marketing for various asset types. Prior to this he worked as an Associate, Financial Operations and Analysis at Heitman, an Intern at Hopkins Commercial Real Estate, and a Staff Accountant at Bridgeright Group.

Mr. Garcia obtained his B. S Economics with Finance Applications Specialization from Southern Methodist University.
