Aman Rana joined Timbercreek in September 2021 as Senior Associate, Credit.

In his role with Timbercreek, Mr. Rana is responsible for reviewing and qualifying loan and investment applications on commercial real estate, preliminary underwriting of potential loan investments and compiling market information.

Mr. Rana most recently worked for Bank of Montreal as Associate, Business Properties Group, where he was underwriting transactions for construction, re-financing, and working capital requirement for national and multi-national corporations, conducting in depth financial analysis of clients, and analyzing client’s quarterly and annual financial statements. Prior to his role as Associate, Mr. Rana worked for Bank of Montreal as an Upper Mid-Market Analyst and Credit Analyst.

Mr. Rana obtained his Bachelor of Business Commerce, Majoring in Finance from Ryerson University, and is currently enrolled in CFA (Level III) program in pursuit of his certification.
